Did Mitt Romney Borrow His Wright Brothers Line From Newt Gingrich?

With Newt Gingrich all but irrelevant, is Mitt Romney channeling his inner grandiose?

Mitt Romney attacked President Obama at speech at the University of Chicago saying, "A regulator would have shut down the Wright Brothers for their “dust pollution."

But Romney isn't the first candidate to invoke the Wright Brothers name when talking about overbearing Obama Administration regulations. At a speech in Dayton, Ohio home of the iconic pair who created the airplane ahead of the Ohio primary, Gingrich said today's regulation's would have grounded the Wright Brothers. The first flight would not have been flown, he said, had “bureaucrats” been involved.
