Video: Both Presidential Candidates Have Flip-Flopped On Health Care

The Supreme Court is expected to rule this week on the constitutionality of ObamaCare and its individual mandate, the portion require individuals purchase health insurance or pay a fine. In 2008 Romney advocated for the individual mandate, while Barack Obama and Joe Biden campaigned against it. Now the reverse is true, with Romney campaigning against the mandate on national level and Obama and Biden campaigning in favor of it.
