A Dalit college student in the northern Indian state of Haryana was allegedly gang raped by the same five men who had previously raped her three years ago, according to local news reports.

"I came out of college and there were those very five men in the car."
The 20-year-old woman, who was a student at a women's college in Rohtak, was reportedly kidnapped by five men as soon as she stepped out of the campus. In an interview with NDTV, the woman said she was then drugged, and shoved into a car. She said she was then dumped on the side of the road. She was then taken to the Rohtak Civil Hospital, according to the local police.
"I came out of college and there were those very five men in the car. Three were inside and two of them were outside," she told NDTV.
The victim's family has alleged that she was raped by the same men who assaulted her in 2013 in Bhiwani, Haryana. A court case was filed against them, according to the family, but only two of the five men were arrested, and both were recently released on bail. "We were getting constant threats from the accused to reach a compromise outside the court, but we remained firm. That’s why they have attacked her again,” the victim's brother told Hindustan Times.
The family said they eventually decided to move from Bhiwani to Rohtak after receiving constant threats from the men who were accused of raping her in three years ago.
"Police are conducting raids to nab the accused. We are waiting for a forensic report before proceeding further," DSP Pushpa Khatari said in the TOI report.
