Hay fever is an allergic reaction to environmental allergens, it's most commonly caused by pollens in Spring. That said, hay fever can occur at any time of the year. Everyone's excited because Winter is gone and flowers and sunshine and happiness are on their way. Meanwhile, you don't want to know about it unless they've invented a cure for hay fever.

Nasal sprays help big time and help make breathing so much easier when it's hay fever season. Ask your doctor or pharmacist what one is best for you.

Antihistamines can help with the sneezing and itching. There's the sedative kind and the non-sedative kind. Choose accordingly (i.e ask your doctor or pharmacist).

Bring tissues with you EVERYWHERE.


Wherever you may go bring tissues. A running nose and sneezing fit can strike at anytime. BE PREPARED.

If your eyes are super itchy, swollen or runny eye drops can help you out. Check with your doctor or pharmacist first though.
