17 Reasons Why Yoga Isn't A Real Workout

    It's just so easy.

    1. Everyone knows yoga is the easiest workout.

    2. I mean, all you do is lie down, right?

    3. It's basically just stretching.

    4. Moves anyone can do!

    5. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    6. You barely even sweat.

    7. And there aren't different types to mix it up.

    8. Yoga just seems like an excuse for nap time.

    9. Plus, it's sooooo boring.

    10. All you do is sit in a class surrounded by other people.

    11. And that whole "finding your inner peace" thing sounds like B.S.

    12. Everyone treats yoga teachers like they're so special.

    13. You never get sore.

    14. Because what parts of your body are you even working?

    15. I just don't get why it's considered "exercise."

    16. Why don't you try a real workout next time?

    17. I just don't get it.
