I'm just gonna cut to the chase, folks: there are some really popular movies out in the entertainment world that are downright brilliant, and do you know why? Because those films were directed by (you guessed it) WOMEN.

Maybe you grew up absolutely loving The Preacher's Wife, and years later you found out the brilliant woman behind the camera was Penny Marshall.
