1 cantaloupe, seeds removed
1 honeydew melon, seeds removed
2 cups fresh mint leaves
Juice of 6 limes
Juice of 2 lemons
1⁄4 cup peeled fresh ginger, sliced
2 limes, sliced
2 lemons, sliced
2 cups gin, chilled (optional)
1 cup mango nectar
4 bottles ginger beer, chilled
Fresh mint leaves for garnish
**To make this recipe virgin, replace gin with additional ginger beer
1. Using a melon baller, make balls of the cantaloupe and honeydew. Place balls on a baking sheet and freeze until solid.
2. Muddle the mint leaves, lime and lemon juices and ginger. Strain into a small punch bowl.
3. Add lime and lemon slices to the punch bowl. Top with frozen melon balls. Add gin and mango nectar. Top with ginger beer.
4. Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh mint. Ice cubes optional.
