This is Elsa, Queen of Arendelle. She has the power to create ice and snow and generally make things cold. Magical. She's like Storm from X-Men, stuck in winter mode.
Since the beginning of January, New Jersey has experienced severe snow storms, with temperatures reaching as low as -33F in some parts. And it doesn't show signs of stopping...
Especially since this guy put his two cents in and declared winter will last for another 6 weeks. This is Punxsutawney Phil, a groundhog who predicts the future of the weather. There is nothing weird about that sentence or this picture at all. Nope.
With Schools and Colleges closing across the state, it's expected that up to 6 inches of snow will have fallen by 5pm EST. Which means a lot of this...
