Cheesy Garlic Herb Pizza With Fresh Greens
1 package of Alouette® Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese
1 12” par-baked pizza crust
3 cups mixed field greens
1 cup baby arugula
⅓ cup chopped pecans
1 thinly sliced pear
⅓ cup halved purple or red grapes
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
½ teaspoon honey
Salt and Pepper
1. Mix mustard, EVOO, red wine vinegar and honey, season to taste, set aside.
2. Lightly brown pizza crust according to directions, cool and top with Alouette® Garlic & Herbs Soft Spreadable Cheese.
3. Toss greens, arugula, pears, pecans and grapes with vinaigrette, place on top of pizza crust.
