I've been listening to audiobooks and podcasts to help keep my mind at ease. I find that if I focus on the story going on, I worry less and I tend to be more productive because of it.
I was a ballet dancer when I was younger. I never realized how much it helped with my anxiety and stress until I stopped. Now I'm getting back into it by practicing at home, and I find that focusing on the movements really calms my nerves.
