We all have those days when getting out of bed just doesn't seem realistic. The sheets are extra soft, and you're sinking extra far into your mattress pad. Here's 10 things you can do to make getting our of bed in the morning more bearable.

1. Eat in your bed! No one likes laying in crumbs.

2. Get rid of pillows. There's nothing like poor neck support.

3. Leave your phone across the room. Then you HAVE to emerge.

4. Stop washing your sheets - it's easier when they small bad.

5. Turn your AC off, no one likes sleeping hot.

6. Plan ahead for breakfast! Nothing's more exciting than food.

7. Ditch the snooze button, it just makes you run late.

8. COFFEE. COFFEE. COFFEE. That's something to look forward to.

9. Heck, start sleeping on the floor. You'll hate being asleep.

10. Plan a Netflix date with someone other than your bed.
