According to legend, the playground (which is located INSIDE OF the Maple Hill Cementary) hosts the spirits of the children buried there, who come out to play between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Basically, a couple bought their "dream house," only for them to discover after the fact that the house is stalked by "the watcher." This "watcher" sent the couple many creepy letters over the course of several years, one which included the quote, "Have they found what is in the walls yet? In time they will."
