Keanu Reeves Left Stephen Colbert Speechless With The Perfect Answer To An "Impossible" Question
"What do you think happens after we die, Keanu Reeves?"
Hello. Good day. How are you? Wonderful. So, assuming you have any taste in movies whatsoever, you're fully aware that John Wick: Chapter 3 — Parabellum comes out this week.
So Mr. Baba Yaga himself, Keanu Reeves, has been making the usual press rounds to promote the film. This included a stop by The Late Show With Stephen Colbert, where things got pretty deep:
The beginning of the interview consisted of your usual celeb fare, with Keanu talking about the MANY stunts he performed for the role — one stunt included gun-fighting on horseback.
Toward the end of their chat, Stephen brought up Keanu's recent announcement about the revival of Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure. Stephen asked a little about the plot, which Keanu happily shared.
This new information led Stephen to casually ask Keanu what he believes the afterlife consists of.
The audience giggled — knowing Stephen was likely asking in jest — but Keanu thought for a moment, took a deep breath, and then dropped this incredibly simple yet profound truth bomb:
Stephen was visually taken aback and left speechless while the audience "awww"-ed in the background.
In conclusion, Keanu is an angel of a human being living among us and we must protect him at all costs. We do not deserve him. I love him. Forever and always. The end.
Watch Keanu play with puppies while he answers fan questions!
