Chadwick Boseman's Red Carpet Response To "Avengers: Endgame" Questions Is Now A Perfect Meme

    "That's great, but...I'm dead."

With Avengers: Endgame quickly approaching, fans are hungrier than ever for some juicy spoilers about the film's finale.

And while a couple of the 87 billion actors in the film are more than willing to slip here and there (looking at you, Tom Holland), one person whose lips are 110% sealed is King of Wakanda and the Deadpan Delivery, Chadwick Boseman.

This week, while on the red carpet at CinemaCon promoting his new film 21 Bridges, Boseman was asked for some insider info on the highly anticipated film, to which he repeatedly responded with my new FAVORITE answer for any question ever, "I'm dead."

After being asked to do “Wakanda Forever!” for over a year, no one is happier about their character being dead for ‘Avengers: Endgame’ than Chadwick Boseman.

At the end of Avengers: Infinity War, Boseman's T'Challa is turned to dust in Thanos's snap, alongside half of the universe, giving him the perfect alibi to avoid having to talk about the movie — and thus, a meme was born.

When Chadwick Boseman said, “I’m dead.” I felt that.

Anyway, here are some of the best examples of when, where, and how we can all best utilize this excuse in our day-to-day lives:

    1. When student loan debt comes a-knockin':

Me to the government when I die before paying off my student loans

    2. When you're clocked out for the day:

When people ask you for help but your work shift just ended.

    3. When you get asked the worst question:

    someone: how’s school going? me:

    4. When you're, ya know, actually dead:

me: *arrives at the gates of heaven after my death* god: hi lets talk about all that bad stuff you did me:

    5. When you need a new "away" message:

When your coworkers want you to answer your emails but you’re on vacation

    6. When you chose to sit in the back of the class on purpose:

when a teacher tries to get me to participate in class

    7. And finally, when you get THAT text:

When you snuck out the house to go to a party and your mom hits you with the “Bring yo ass home” text:

So yeah, there ya have it. A+ meme. I'd write more about how much I love this video, but I can't...I'm dead.
