    Frozen Smoothie Pops

    It's OK if they get a little messy, right?

    Frozen Smoothie Pops

    INGREDIENTS

    Serves 6

    2 cups mixed berries, fresh or frozen

    1 banana

    ¼ cup yogurt

    1 cup milk

    Special Equipment

    6 small paper cups

    6 popsicle sticks

    PREPARATION

    # In a blender mix all ingredients until smooth.

    # Place six small paper cups on a baking tray and fill the cups with the smoothie and freeze for 15 minutes.

    # Place one popsicle stick in the center of each cup and freeze again for one hour or until solid.

    # Rip the paper cups from the popsicle and enjoy!
