Leytonstone Stabbing Part 3
The hashtag was inspired by an eyewitness to the attack. Video from the scene showed police officers firing a Taser at a suspect then holding him down. In that terrifying moment of high drama, an unseen man with a London accent can be heard shouting the phrase at the suspect.

Can we make #YouAintNoMuslimBruv the new battle cry against terrorism? No guns, no bombs, no threats. Just those five words. #Leytonstone
Reports say the suspect shouted about Syria during the attack, and Scotland Yard said it was investigating it as a "terrorist incident". But people called on the media to focus on the response of bystanders and not the words of the arrested man.
@LBC It's not the words of that damaged person with the knife which bear repeating, it's the words of the bystander. #YouAintNoMuslimBruv
And again, you can't define a majority by the actions of a minority.... #YouAintNoMuslimBruv
