Alice Sola Kim is a 2016 Whiting Award winner. Her fiction has appeared or is forthcoming in publications such as McSweeney's Literary Quarterly, Tin House, Lenny Letter, and Lightspeed Magazine. She was a MacDowell Colony Fellow and has received grants and scholarships from Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference and the Elizabeth George Foundation. She tweets sometimes @alicek.
