Focus on the reception more than ceremony. We splurged for an amazing dj and made our own play list. We had an open bar and everyone danced till 2 am. People still talk about how much fun our reception was

We didn't really write/ speak our own we had the minister do it and read them off like normal vows so his were "do you vow to feed her when she's hangry" and mine where "do you vow to bring snacks to football Sunday's" it was cute and short and spoke true to us

We went on a road trip out west. Down Route 66. Stayed in a wigwam, went to Vegas, extraterrestrial highway and tons and tons of state parks. It was so much fun and hours of being in the car have lots of time to talk and joke and sing along to songs

we take our divers test at the police station where I live. It's on an access road next to the interstate. The kid in front of me was pulling out and floored it. Jumped over the median and onto the interstate before hitting a light pole. Broke the instructors arm.
