Got a creative flare? Good with your hands? This might be the right path for you! Building new habitats for species, creating informative signs, or attending to the facilities needed for visitors, these ingenious artisans ensure that the zoo keeps running. They are even responsible for the "theming" of the zoo, making the animals feel at home while connecting zoo visitors to the places in the world where the species originate from. If you've ever wanted to build your own zoo, this is the role for you!

Conservation scientists work on zoo's "Field Programs" — projects that take place worldwide alongside partner organizations. Zoos gather research, work with local communities, and get to the heart of the issues that are leading to the decline of species. Without visitors, zoos can't work to conserve endangered species.
