A producer for The Force Awakens went back into old files to find a clip of Alec Guinness, the original Obi-Wan, saying the word "afraid" so they could cut the word to say "Rey." Ewan McGregor came back to voice a single line: "These are your first steps."
Why would they bring back both Kenobis (one from beyond the grave) to speak in the vision if they had nothing to do with the new trilogy?
