“Besides the fact that we are where we are — it’s hard to not feel so much of the shit and struggle that’s going on — in my home, I’m very lucky about having these two babies and my husband. They make it all better, and it’s changed my life,” Kristen said on The Howard Stern Show.

The couple never made a formal announcement about the the birth of their children either, but Kristen eventually confirmed the news in a touching interview where she discussed the struggles of IVF before choosing to use a surrogate.

"I've always believed that things happen the way they're supposed to happen, and this is how [our babies] were supposed to get here. I became really close with our surrogate, and it was her first time doing it so we kind of went through everything together...Ultimately, I realized that I'm very fortunate. I'm grateful. I'm a different person now," Kristen told InStyle.

And now, almost a year after their birth, Kristen surprised fans by subtly revealing the names of her twins in her new movie "Barb & Star Go To Vista Del Mar."

"It's the best. I know everyone always says that, and everyone says, like, it changes how you look at the world and how you, like, see love. Now it's just, like, such a bigger thing, and all of that stuff is so true," Kristen told ET.

She added, "Just having these two other little beings that I get to take care of is so amazing and, even though it's hard, I feel more relaxed in a way. I don't know why, but I had this sense of, like, calm after they were born."
