If you were at Coachella this weekend, you probably know what went down during Frank Ocean's set.
For his first live performance in six years, not only was he an hour late to the stage, but he also played a majority of the set sitting down and with his back to the crowd.
On top of that, he skipped a lot of fan-favorite songs and then abruptly ended his set after less than his scheduled 90 minutes due to curfew restrictions.
Apparently, behind the scenes, Frank allegedly overhauled the whole performance in the hours before he took the stage and almost canceled the entire set.
While a lot of audience members were pretty disappointed by the whole thing, there was one person who wasn't — Justin Bieber.
Following Frank's performance, Justin took to Instagram to praise the singer's Coachella set.
"I was blown away by Frank Ocean’s Coachella performance," Justin wrote. "His artistry is simply unmatched, his style, his taste, his voice, his attention to detail…I was deeply moved."
He continued, "It made me want to keep going and get better as an artist. He continues to set the bar high and gave me a night I will never forget! Thanks Frank."
As of right now, Frank is still scheduled to perform during Coachella's second weekend — but some fans are doubting it will actually happen.
