Greek Chicken Kebabs

Servings 2–4

2 cups plain Greek yogurt

4 cloves garlic

4 tablespoons dried oregano

1 lemon, for the zest and juice

1 tablespoon pepper

4 tablespoons salt

4 tablespoons olive oil

fresh oregano for garnish

1¾ pounds Signature Farms® boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Mix together marinade ingredients and marinate chicken for 1–8 hours.

Hack #1 & #2 (see below).

Heat grill to medium high for 10 minutes, lay skewers on grill, and cook for 5 minutes. Flip over and cook another 5 minutes or until done.

HACK #1:

Cut medium-sized chicken breast in half longways uniformly. Place side by side on chopping board longways. Trim ends if necessary. Insert 6 skewers carefully into chicken about 1 inch apart to hold chicken together. Cut between skewers to make 6 kebabs.

HACK #2:

Follow directions for #1, but instead of cutting in between each skewer, cut between every 2, for 3 times total.
