You're kind of a contradictory candidate. You've not forgotten your roots, but you sure as hell are ambitious. You backed Remain, but your instincts are eurosceptic. You talk about multiculturalism and modernising the party — but what does that talk really amount to? Can those contradictions bring the various wings of the Tory party together? Unlikely.

Very unlikely a soft Brexiteer like you is going to win over the party. This just isn't a time of moderation.
