    The BBC would surely want to make a deal in the event of a yes vote: it's likely that deal would be a commercial one, under which Scottish viewers pay no more for a licence fee but the government, via SBS, pays for BBC programming. It is what works in Ireland. Chances are, though, it will cost more than the Scottish government would have voters think.
