Rihanna Is Going To Represent Dior

She's believed to the first black woman to be a face for the brand.

WWD has confirmed that Rihanna will star in the next episode of Dior's "Secret Garden" campaign.

WWD reported: "The film and print campaign, shot this week by Steven Klein in Versailles, is scheduled to run this spring,"

She's believed to be the first black woman to represent the brand. Earlier this month the Daily Star reported that an anonymous film producer had uploaded pictures to Facebook of her filming while wearing a sparkly dress in the Palace of Versailles' Hall of Mirrors: the post claimed she had spent 10 hours filming on the first day.

The third episode of the series has now logged over nine million YouTube views.

Rihanna will join actresses Jennifer Lawrence, Marion Cotillard and Natalie Portman in modelling for the brand.

The singer has some experience in the fashion world, having been named as a creative director at Puma and having previously modelled for Balmain.

Last month the singer modelled in a stunning photoshoot for Harper's Bazaar.
