Yeaaaah. Georgey here decided to join the Army, and right as he was set to leave he gets into a HORRIFIC BUS ACCIDENT that leaves him so disfigured his friends don't even recognize him. Then he dies. Isn't this show fun?

Bailey's remarried to a very hot man, living her best life for the most part, and serving as chief of surgery to the hospital she's devoted her life to.

Where is Miranda Bailey now?

Alex has come along way; in Cristina's absence he is now Meredith's sacred ~person~, and he's in a serious long-term relationship with resident Jo. He's also kicking ass as attending peds surgeon. Season 1 Alex could never.

Saving all the tiny humans.

Where is Alex Karev now?

RIP Mark Sloan — you were hot and loved. Mark died from injuries sustained in a massive plane crash, after having a baby with Callie and Arizona. Now the hospital is named after him!

Where is Mark Sloan now?

Lexie was cut down in her prime, in the same plane crash that killed her love Mark Sloan. Now the hospital is named after the both of them: Grey Sloan Memorial.

Yeaaah, she dead.

Where is Lexie Grey now?

Callie and Arizona made the decision to split, and now Callie — also kicking ass as chief of ortho at Grey Sloan Memorial — continues to raise little Sofia with her ex-wife. She's also dating a new resident at the hospital, whose previous credits include not knowing how to save the life of Derek Shepherd.

Where is Callie Torres now?

Yep, Meredith has a SECOND long-lost sister. They've bonded now, and they live together in Meredith's house alongside (most of the time) Derek's sister, Amelia.

My guess is you quit either around the ghost sex or before the ghost sex, if you ever watched at all. I respect this. Do you, boo.
