Well, Hugh would like you to know that he, too, is haunted of it – but he's made the best of it. In a Reddit AMA alongside Meryl Streep, Hugh "revealed" his current relationship with the song:
But as long as he REALLY IS joking about that one part, let's keep picturing that Sound Of Music part, OK?
"I like to perform 'PoP Goes My Heart' with all the dance moves every morning and every evening, with my children. It's our little routine it's like The Sound of Music. If they don't do it I beat them."
Obviously, uh, he's probably joking. Let us, uh, cling to the belief that he's joking about at least some of it, you know?
