He proved that to us all on Monday, when he took part in the #22PushUpChallenge to raise awareness for veteran suicide prevention.
Chris Pratt, Anna Faris, The Rock, and John Krasinski have also taken part in the challenge. Marvel Chris #1 challenged John, who challenged Marvel Chris #2.
In his video, John has this notable interaction with his dog, Finn.
The Rock, who was also challenged by Chris Pratt, had his dog present as well. Say hello to Hobbs.
