Orphan's "Twist" Ending

Hey: SPOILERS AHEAD. BIG ONES. For those who don't understand what "spoilers" means, it means that I am going to tell you the end of the movie, so don't read any further if you don't want to know.

If you have seen the crazy creepy what-on-earth? trailer for Orphan, you are expecting a fairly ridiculous "evil child" horror film. But were you expecting a secret dwarf?! Surprise! The orphan is a 33-year-old with proportional dwarfism who apparently used to be a hooker. I would say that you just saved $12, but you are kind of more likely to see it now, right?
