How often do you say this?

You tend to second-guess yourself when you achieve your goals. You always have this underlying fear that you're not actually talented and that you've just been getting lucky. Often, you feel like a fraud waiting for the day someone will call you out on your act. The thing is, everything you achieved happened because you worked for it. When you get opportunities, it's because you deserved them, not pure coincidence. 

You suffer from imposter syndrome.

People often commend you on how responsible you are because you make careful, mature choices. In reality, you make such careful choices because you overthink everything. It's hard for you to just go with the flow or take a risk because you can only think of all the possible negative consequences. You should just be impulsive every now and then. You'll realize that sometimes it's best to not think too much.

You overthink everything.

You present yourself in a way that makes you seem certain of yourself and your path. Even though you've perfected this image to the outside world, you do have a lot of insecurities about yourself. You should try to recognize your worth and soon all of of the confidence you exude will be a genuine reflection of how you truly fee. 

You act more confident than you are.

You'r family and friends often describe you as a caretaker. It's great that you are so selfless and people see you as reliable, but this leads to you often neglecting your own needs. You should try putting yourself first because if you don't, soon you'll feel drained and won't be able to help anyone at all. 

You have trouble putting your needs first.

A lot of people see you as independent and you like to act like you don't need anyone, but in reality, being by yourself is one of the scariest things for you. You depend way too much on other people to keep you entertained and distracted. You have a fear of being alone because you don't want to self-reflect and face your internal issues. The best thing to do is get comfortable spending time alone and eventually you'll actually enjoy having some time to yourself every now and then.
