The To-Do List is about Brandy Klark, a high school valedictorian who goes on a quest to shed her uptight image before college starts. Brandy comes up with a list to accomplish things that she didn't do in high school and one of them being - sex.

I think most of us can relate how awkward our high school years were and I'm sure a lot of us wish we can go back in time and do things we didn't have a

chance to do in high school- well most of us anyways.

If you're looking for a fun comedy movie to watch this is definitely it!

9. The Spectacular Now

This one is a rom-com, centered around two characters, Aimee a bookish teenager and Sutter a free-spirited teenager. 2 opposite people, yet they are drawn together.

I love how this movie, portrays the growth of a relationship and the honesty of moving on from high school to graduating.

8. Superbad

This is a classic.

You have Jonah Hill, Michael Cera and Christopher Plasse a.k.a Mclovin. Although the whole movie is about these 3 characters trying to supply beer for this party, it also touches on the subject of growing up and friendship.

A must see for those comedy nerds out there.

5 high school students from different cliques spend Saturday detention together. Each student tells his or her story, changing their perspective of each other -- and when the day ends, the question is whether high school will ever be the same.

This movie does a great job of focusing on teen issues and how they feel and of course don't judge a book by its cover.

6. The Art of Getting By

This movie isn't appreciated as much as it should be.

The story follows George, an isolated teenager who believes that the inevitability of death makes life (and doing homework) pointless which might lead him having to repeat his senior year. George meets Sally who is the total opposite, who makes George think that maybe there really is something worth living for.

This movie has a great soundtrack but also tackles on what teenagers usually face, giving up. Giving up on school, life, social interaction just because they feel as if it's too much. I think George is a very relatable character and we all can relate to how he feels through out the movie because we've all been there.

5. Mean Girls

Mean Girls is about Cady Heron a teen who has only been home schooled and finally gets to experience real public school while she learns about the social hierarchy of high school and about the cliques. Cady soon finds her amongst the most popular group in school "The plastics" but she soon realizes how this shallow group of friends have earned this nickname.

I don't think I need to explain why YOU need to watch this classic movie by Tina Fey.

4. Me Earl and the Dying Girl

Me Earl and the Dying Girl centers around Greg, a high school senior whose parents force him to hang out with Rachel, a classmate who is diagnosed with leukemia.

You'll see yourself in Greg, a quiet teen scared of his future and becoming an adult. You will also see, remember, and mourn your own “dying girl.” :'(

Although this movie touches on leukemia and death, it's portrayed more honestly and raw. The characters do a great job with the comedy aspect of this film! It's light-hearted, comedic and whimsical movie.

Definitely read the book if you get a chance!

2. The Edge of Seventeen

This movie was amazing!

The Edge of Seventeen is about an awkward teenager Nadine who finds out her all-star older brother Darian starts dating her best friend Krista . All at once, Nadine feels more alone than ever, until the unexpected friendship of a thoughtful boy gives her a glimmer of hope and that things just might not be so terrible after all.

I love how this movie shows that we shouldn't worry about the high school drama and how small they are in comparison as you grow older and face new experiences.

There were great comedic scenes between characters and a lot of awkwardness Nadine faces that we all cringe watching because we can totally relate.

The movie is about Charlie's a wallflower, who watches life pass by on the sidelines. That is until he meets Sam and Patrick, two charismatic teens who take Charlie under their wings.

It doesn't just focus on high school but it also sheds a light on to mental illness that Charlie faces, which is so important to talk about. It touches on the joys of friendship, first love, music, moving on from high school to college.

This movie will make you FEEL ALL THE FEELS.
