"Pond's face wash and moisturizer. I have suuuuper dry skin and it's not only very inexpensive, but the only thing I've found that actually stops my face from peeling like a shedding lizard."

9. Color Riche Nail Varnish, by L'Oreal, £4.99

"I also absolutely adore L'Oréal's newly revamped nail varnish range, they apply very easily and it takes a lot for them to chip! (I have horses and muck out every day and I'll still get a good weeks wear from two coats!)"

"Mine is Topshop eyeshadow in 'Shuffle the Cards.' It's this fantastic, indescribable colour. Every time I wear it I get compliments, and when my friends wear theirs I can't stop staring at their eyelids. It's so mesmerizing!" *

"No 7 Stay Perfect lipstick, mine is in Pillarbox red, it stays on for A WHOLE DAY without needing to be reapplied, and I don't end up eating it if I want to have a meal. It's amazing stuff!"

16. B.Even by Superdrug, from £9.99

"I really like the B. range from Superdrug, they're pretty cheap and their foundation is one of the best I've used, their cream eye shadows and lipsticks are good too."

19. Highlight and Contour Powder by NYX, £10

nyxcosmetics.co.uk

"Everything by NYX. It's affordable but made professionally. Everything is great quality. They recently made a contour kit similar to Anastasia's but with two extra shades. They also are making brow formulas similar to hers. But better prices. Not to say I don't totally love Anastasia. But in a pinch NYX is my number 1."

22. Nail varnish by H&M, from 99p

"H&M's make up range is great, especially lip glosses, nail varnishes and the eyeshadow palettes that come in a range of really good shades. Also, they do not irritate my sensitive skin and they are very cheap."

23. In The Nude by W7, £9.99

"Pretty much anything by W7 especially the eyeshadow sets that are the dupes of the UD Naked palettes, and they do a wicked range of primers that'll rival Smashbox, a fixer that smells divine and a really good selection of eyebrow pencils. But for liquid eyeliner I won't be budged from Rimmel's once it's on, it's on."

24. Luxe Velvet Lip Lacquer by MUA, £3

"I've just found out about MUA Luxe Velvet lip lacquers. They are along the same lines as Lime Crimes Velvetines (matt lipstains that are highly pigmented), but are only £3 in Superdrug! They have some beautiful colours too."

25. Lipstick by Makeup Revolution, from £1

Everything by Makeup Revolution, a whole bunch of stuff for £1 and everything else is under £8. The quality is amazing for the price and they bring out new stuff all the time

"Vaseline, of course. Use to sort out any dry skin, anywhere. Use a clean mascara wand to slick it on between mascara applications to increase lash volume and length. Mix it with your fav lipstick to make your own tinted lip balm. Add sheen to pretty much anything.Treat eczema with it. Or use it to loosen any rings that have got stuck on your fingers!!"
