"Wood-fired pizzas that proudly celebrate the best of British produce. All of the ingredients Tom uses are carefully sourced from independent producers in the UK, from the mozzarella to the oven, which is built into the back of his Land Rover Defender! B&R's beetroot pizza is a visual spectacle and is even more delicious than it looks."

"Simon is a street food legend and makes the best burritos in the UK. He's brilliant at creating lip-smacking Mexican flavours and our first port of call when we need a spicy burrito fix. Look out for his bright pink-and-mint-green H vans chugging their way through the Capital."

"Jim's a Michelin-starred chef who now runs a seafood BBQ shack in the middle of Old St roundabout. Menu items depend on what he picks up at Billingsgate in the morning, but if the XXXL prawns are on (bigger than most lobsters), make sure you order them with a side of crab fries. You'll be licking your Sichuan-buttered numb lips and thinking about those prawns for days."

"Southern fried chicken at its best. These guys serve up huge portions of hot, steaming, juicy Cajun chicken and spiced fries. Grab a cold one from the bar and make a B-line for the Cluck Truck. Be sure to say hi to Big Al whilst you're there and tell him Nud sent you."

5. Rola Wala
"Rola Wala's Mark's favourite word is 'epic.' Probably because he's heard so many people describe his food in this way. Any trip to Street Feast is not complete without popping into the Rola Cage. Get three mini naans, the Scorpion chilli shot upgrade, and feel your taste buds experience new sensations."

10. BBQ Dreamz
"I've recently been introduced to Filipino street food by the amazing BBQ Dreamz – go with friends to share a platter of duck hearts and crispy pork belly, or hog a warming adobo all to yourself (meat, seafood, or vegetables marinated in vinegar, soy sauce, and garlic – simple but delicious)."

11. Baba G’s
"We've also been knocking on Shack Tandoor a lot this summer – it's a new offering from Baba G's at Dinerama. Huge Madagascan prawns are skewered, cooked in moments in a red hot tandoor and served up with a kick-ass sambal."
