4. Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick

amazon.co.uk

"Scrappy Little Nobody by Anna Kendrick has gotten me through my hardest days. She’s never been the star of the show growing up, and she never felt like she had everything together, which makes me feel like everything is going to be okay. Plus she’s the funniest person on the planet. I hate reading and I’ve read it twice !! This book definitely deserves to be bigger, it’s so relatable." –  Brianna C

"Trevor Noah’s ‘Born a Crime’. You can’t put it down! He tells incredible and crazy stories about growing up during apartheid in South Africa and dissects racism in such a smart way, making you laugh and cry at the same time. This is a book that will leave you reeling when you finish it, and it is so relevant to understanding the conversation about racism and poverty in North America today. I truly think every young adult should read it." –  Jessi4

8. The Actor's Life by Jenna Fischer

amazon.co.uk

"One of the books I really like that I haven't seen get a lot of coverage is Jenna Fischer's new book The Actor's Life. I just finished listening to the audiobook and it was so great! Rainn Wilson did this hilarious intro and Jenna narrated it fantastically and really gave a "behind the scenes" look at Hollywood's operations without being gossipy. Jenna interviewed other actors at the end and it was cool hearing it from a number of perspectives. I don't know why I don't see this book mentioned more – totally loved it!" – What Exists
