According to Sun News, a U.S. college student is suing his roommate after he ‘shot bottle rockets out of his anus’ which caused the plaintiff to fall off of a balcony.
Louis Helmburg III is suing the the Alpha Tau Omega fraternity of Marshall University in West Virginia. He is also (as previously mentioned) suing Travis Hughes, the individual who is accused of blasting bottle rockets out of his anus.
Here are two excerpts from the lawsuit:
Defendant Hughes was highly intoxicated on this date and time, and decided in a drunken stupor that it would be a good idea to shoot bottle rockets out of his anus on the ATO deck.
Defendant Hughes placed a bottle rocket in his anus, ignited the fuse, but instead of launching, the bottle rocket blew up in the defendant’s rectum, and startled this plaintiff and caused him to jump back, at which time he fell off the ATO deck, and he became lodged between the deck and an air conditioner unit.
