michellesk - Their HQ and main brewery is in California. They expanded to Chicago. They are not widely considered a Chicago brewery because they didn't star there and their production numbers in the Chicago brewery are not that high.

I did a Whole30 just to support my friend. It had it's ups and downs, but I definitely ate more healthier after going through one. Who knows how much is actual science/biology and how much of it is the mental/placebo effect. But, either way, it did help jump-start eating healthier.…
