Aeroplane Jelly Wobble Pops

It can wibble, it can wobble and it’s served on a stick — Wobble Pops, made with Aeroplane Jelly.

Ingredients:

1 x 85g Aeroplane Raspberry Flavoured Jelly

1 x 85g Aeroplane Mango Flavoured Jelly

1 x 85g Aeroplane Lime Flavoured Jelly

1 x 85g Aeroplane Strawberry Flavoured Jelly

Equipment:

4 x narrow tumblers

4 x large popsicle sticks

Method:

STEP 1: Empty contents of Aeroplane Raspberry Flavoured Jelly into a bowl. Mix with 250ml of boiling water and stir until all jelly crystals have dissolved — approximately five minutes.

STEP 2: Evenly divide the raspberry jelly mixture into four glasses. Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

STEP 3: Repeat STEP 1 and STEP 2 for the Aeroplane Mango Flavoured Jelly, and layer on top of the raspberry jelly.

STEP 4: Once the mango jelly has set, remove the glasses from the fridge and insert a popsicle stick into the centre. Be careful to only push the stick down to the raspberry jelly and not all the way through, otherwise this will make the jelly split and fall off when taken out of the glass.

STEP 5: Empty contents of Aeroplane Lime Flavoured Jelly into a bowl. Mix with 250ml of boiling water and stir until all jelly crystals have dissolved.

STEP 6: Evenly divide the lime jelly mixture into the four glasses, being mindful of the popsicle stick. Place in the fridge to set for 30 minutes.

STEP 7: Repeat STEP 5 with Aeroplane Strawberry Flavoured Jelly.

STEP 8: Place all glasses in the fridge for up to four hours until completely set.

STEP 9: Remove the glasses from the fridge and run under warm water for 30 seconds. This should loosen the jelly from the glass and when you turn it upside down, the wobble pops will slide out easily.

STEP 10: Enjoy

NOTE:

It’s important to not run the glasses under the hot water for too long, otherwise the jelly will melt.
