Response to What I Wish I Could Tell My Dead Mother:
I can relate so well with this article, I too lost my mother when I was 10 to Breast Cancer. This time of year has always been tough for me as well, especially since I was born on Mothers Day. There’s often times I really wish to have her here to help me out with important milestones in my life like helping me plan out my wedding. No one can ever replace your mother and after 20 years it’s still hard trying to fill the hole left inside your heart, but you know she would be so proud of your life’s accomplishments. I can’t remember what she sounds like either, but I do see her in the mirror everyday. Thank you so much for this article, it’s a good feeling to know that I am not alone.

Wow I’m surprised no one has brought up the fact the very first NFL Commissioner, Jim Thorpe, was Native American.
