Vin Diesel Posts Brief And Moving Tribute To Paul Walker

"I will always love you Brian, as the brother you were... on and off screen." Diesel also personally thanked fans at the crash site memorial to Walker.

Roughly 48 hours after news first broke about Paul Walker's fatal car accident on Saturday, costar Vin Diesel posted to Facebook a brief and touching tribute to his fellow actor, friend, and, in his words, "brother."

By "Brian," Diesel meant Brian O'Conner, the character Walker played in all but one of the six Fast & Furious movies to date.

Diesel and Walker first worked together on 2001's The Fast and the Furious, and had been shooting Fast & Furious 7 in Atlanta before Walker's accident. The status of that film remains unclear.

Just before posting his tribute, Diesel changed his cover photo to a shot of himself with Walker and longtime Fast and Furious costars Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez from the 2013 MTV Movie Awards in April.

Diesel also showed up to the makeshift memorial to Walker at the crash site to personally thank all of Walker's fans.

OK, crying now, bye.
