Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Mark has been working in many Houston theaters and provides voices for many anime characters since he moved here sixteen years ago. Then working for the oil industry, his most memorable role was as Chuck in Theater LaB’s Avenue X, where he met his wife of twelve years, Julia Kay Laskowski. Mark was cast in a 10 month tour with the Broadway production of OKLAHOMA! in 2004. His most recent stage appearance was with Theatre Under The Stars playing 3 roles in White Christmas. Prior to that, TUTS appearances included Wonderful Life and 110 in the Shade. During which time, Mark also called Texas Repertory Theatre home, where he was cast in 5 shows including Forever Plaid, The Fanatics, and Lend Me a Tenor. Other Houston theatres Mark has worked with include; Main Street, Masquerade, Theatre LaB, First Presbyterian, The Great Caruso and Little Room Downstairs. Mark recently appeared in a Houston Addy winning Casa Ole commercial which is currently airing as of 2010.
