Books on Books on Books
The purpose of my blog is to explore children's book, whether old or new, that children should take the time to read. My goal is to aim at those parents, or who ever are reading to children, and assist them in picking the best books for their child to read. The range of children's books ages will be anywhere from easy readers (2-3 years old) to chapter books (up to about 12 years old).
My blog will go beyond the simple review of just whether or not the story line was good or bad. Although the story itself does matter, the structure of the entire book is just as important. I will look at aspects such as line, rhyme, rhythm, prediction, etc., that are significant in helping children develop new skills with reading and comprehension.
