In the film Christoph Waltz plays a German bounty hunter who takes the freed slave Django (Jamie Foxx) who is a freed slave under his wing and trains him to be a bad-ass bounty hunter. After assisting Waltz in taking down some villain for profit, he's helped by Waltz in tracking down his slave wife and liberating her from an evil plantation owner (Leonardo DiCaprio).
