Promising review: "As a hairstylist, I would recommend this product, especially if you have a dry scalp. My scalp is itchy in the winter, and once I do my apple cider rinse, it feels very refreshing. The bottles make it very easy to get under your weave, and as someone in the army, the travel kit is the best. After being out in the field all day, I feel like my scalp is killing me, so I wash it and put in the leave-in conditioner. It makes me feel brand new" —Fabienne B.

Promising review: "Let me start prefacing that I am a professional hairstylist, and I adore this stuff! It smells amazing and has a great gender-neutral cleanly scent while also delivering a superior dry shampoo. It is a little 'drier' than most dry shampoos, which helps with absorbing excess oil, WITHOUT creating extremely visible residue/powder. It also doubles to give great volume as a daily styling product, and very light moveable hold along with some very slight texture. That is why I give it 5 stars on performance and smell ALONE." —ChadEverett

Just be careful when you use this product. It should only be used once a week (or when yellow becomes visible) and applied to damp or dry hair for one to three minutes before rinsing it out (any longer and your hair may turn a lavender shade). Oh, and you should wear gloves to prevent staining on your hands like the reviewer mentions below!
Promising review: There is nothing about this product that I don’t like. Obviously, it will stain your hands a little, but it comes off, it does dry your hair if you don’t condition after, but so does the other toning shampoos, and they don’t do nearly as well as this one. Being a hairstylist myself, I am extremely impressed with this shampoo. I recommend this to all of my blonde clients. I wish we had it in our shop, I’d sell the crap out of it. Not even actual toners work this well. Some people don’t like the smell, but I love it." —Jasmine Sky

Promising review: "I was a hairdresser for 17 years. I've been every color, and I have grown my hair out long. The ends of my hair had some old blonde growing out. My midshaft was semi-permanent brown (lv 5) to cover grey. My roots were 3 inches of natural with 35% grey. I did a full head highlights more than a week ago. The middle that had the color came up gold. Roots were lighter and ends were lighter. I also have bad well water that turns my shower orange. I applied this product to the midshaft for ten mins, then went back and did my roots and ends for another 10 (for even toning). I'm very impressed for the first time used. It's a great conditioner too. I have found with other 'purple shampoos' my hair gets super dry. I look forward to the second use." —Billie

It feels AMAZING, leaves my scalp squeaky clean, and allows me to condition 99% of the time without shampooing. I haven’t used a lathering shampoo in months and my hair and scalp have never looked better. Promising review: "I have normal to oily hair. I have to wash it about every other day. So if a product is too heavy, I can't bear to use it for long. But as a hairstylist, I need that perfectly healthy glossy look and just a drop of this works wonders without drowning my hair in oil. I would definitely recommend this to others." —Slavago2

Promising review: "As a former hairstylist, I’m one of the most horribly picky people when it comes to hair color. I don’t like change. I’m 36 and have had alternative colored hair since I was 15. I’ve been loyal to one single brand, until now. My usual pink color was out of stock, so I decided to give this a try. Mind you, I still bleached first; since this is a deposit-only wash, it’ll only leave a vibrant color if you already have extremely light hair or lift it beforehand. I’m shocked, to say the least! No more messing with color and mixing bowls over a sink! I just wash with my usual shampoo, then use a squeeze of this. I let it sit for a couple of minutes, then rinse and seal it in with a color-preserving conditioner! It’s literally just as bright as my former color! I also tried the silver, but I used it after a good toner and only a VERY little of it! All in all, I’m so happy this product exists and would highly recommend it!!" —Dancing Vulpine

Promising review: "I'm gonna start by saying I'm a hairstylist and have been using Olaplex since the beginning. It's the one and only bond rebuilder on the market. Any other product claiming the same or better is not true at all. Olaplex is an active ingredient Bis-Aminopropyl Diglycol Dimaleate, which is patented by the company. This ingredient goes into the cortex of your hair and fusing together the strands. This is a diluted at-home conditioning treatment that helps keep your hair strong after salon visits or between them to get your desired result with relatively little damage." —brandyndoeshair
Promising review: "Not only does this glass bottle look nice on your vanity or shelf, but it also smells AMAZING! I put it in my hair while damp right out of the shower and blow-dry it, and my hair stays so glossy! I am a professional hairstylist, my mom got this for my sister for Christmas. I loved the smell so much, I had to have it! Then was surprised by how great it worked! Take it from a hairstylist — this is professional-grade! It's a very nice serum! I'm impressed, and it's a good price!" —Allina

Promising review: "These are by far my favorite brand and roll brushes I have ever had. They work great. You shouldn't have any issues if you know how to use them correctly and take care of them properly. I see a lot of negative reviews about melting and all of that, but I'm telling you, if you know how to use a blow dryer and a round brush together properly, you won't have any issues and you will fall in love with these. I'm a hairstylist, and I'm constantly doing blowouts and these brushes have not given me any reason to not like them. So like I said, if you know how to use a blow dryer and round brush properly together, then your going to love these." —Tori M

It makes my hair and my clients' hair feel airy, light, and super conditioned, even though it's just a shampoo. I even feel like my scalp is cleaner longer, which I love!!! The fact that it travels well is just a massive bonus!!!" —Nikki D.

Promising review: "Okay, so I'm a student at Aveda Insitute, and I'm so an Amazon reviewer, so here is my review of this product. My hair was recently dark purple. I had stripped that color out of my very fine usually blonde hair, which every hairdresser knows would damage my very fine hair significantly. I put this mask in my hair as directly on the back and could fill the huge difference in my hair immediately! I recommend this product highly for people with damaged or even dry hair! I recommend using this product only like twice a week. You don't wanna put to much protein and over condition your hair. It will make it greasy. Use like every other time you wash and when your hair feels repair decrease use. It's an awesome product that I will be purchasing again." —Hannah

Promising review: "I thought this was very interesting. Being a hairdresser, I'm always open to trying new things. And I must say, this is good stuff! It smells great. It doesn't actually make your hair soft, but I also have thick curly hair. BUT it does make it less tangly, which is very hard to do with my hair!! The one and only con I have is that it doesn't specify if you should saturate or not." —Ashweexxx

Promising review: "I am a retired hairstylist and just started to embrace my natural curl. This is hands-down the best blow-dryer for curly hair. My hair is very baby fine and thin. Most diffusers blow my hair all over my head which defeats the purpose of diffusing. This keeps the hair in place, it dries quickly and it's very easy to hold on to. I love it!!" —Dorita A Batman
