It looks like they were going from 2010-2019. Up was released in May of 2009. The earliest release date they included was Toy Story 3, which was released in June of 2010.

From what I can find it’s de-ionized water that may have scents added to it to make your clothes smell better. It’s also supposed to be better for your iron since like scale from the tap won’t gunk it up. I have no clue on if that’s right or not, but there you go.
