떡볶이 (tteokbokki) is rice cakes and fishcakes in a spicy sauce. This street food is so spicy and chewy! It's best enjoyed with 튀김 (twigim) which is just assorted deep fried foods like dumplings, vegetables, gimari.

The yangnyeom chikin 양념 치킨 in Seoul is the best! It is fried chicken and fried tteok (chewy rice cake) and it's tossed in a sticky, spicy sauce!
