First, even though you want to, DON'T HIT SNOOZE.

Instead, use that time to eat breakfast. But avoid sugar! You'll crash later.

And if you're a coffee drinker, only have one cup — you don't want to overload too early.

Next, get outside and absorb some sun! Raising your body temperature will make you more alert.

And take off your sunglasses, because sun in your eyes can actually be helpful!

Do your toughest tasks first, because this is the most alert you'll be all day.

Try to have a light lunch of grains, protein, and veggies.

If you're really feeling like you need it, have another cup of coffee in the early afternoon. But not after 3:00 PM, because that ish will stay in your system for seven hours.
