Make A Salad To Get A Yummy, Easy Snack Idea!

Choose a base

Choose a protein

Choose a fruit

Choose a vegetable

Add some nuts

You like to be healthy, and this snack allows you to have a treat without overdoing it. Choose your favorite fruits, slice them up, put them on skewers, and drizzle a little melted chocolate over them. Bananas, grapes, pineapple, and strawberries work well, but follow your heart! This is also a great snack for kids.

Fruit Skewers

You have a sweet tooth! Try spreading peanut butter on small flour tortillas, adding banana slices, and a sprinkle of chocolate chips. Wrap up the tortilla and microwave for 10 to 20 seconds. It's easy to make and gets a little protein in with the sweetness. Eat warm for best results.

Funky tortillas

You like snacks to be easy. Grab a chocolate pudding cup (or you can make your own pudding) and crush graham crackers over the top. Done! An easy, fun snack for anyone. Also, try experimenting with different flavors of pudding. Lemon pudding? Hm...

Pudding and Grahams

You like to create your own masterpieces, so make your own trail mix! Add together your favorite ingredients to make your own unique combination. A few ideas: pretzels, peanuts, wheat cereal, raisins, dried blueberries, dried pineapple, almonds, coconut flakes, m&ms, popcorn, banana chips... the sky's the limit! You could also go with a theme such as tropical or nutrient-packed.
