Let's Appreciate The Art Of Make Up.

We all have mixed views on make up. Some think it's a waste of time and enjoy natural beauty. Some think you have to CAKE it on before going to the post box and back. And some think it's amazing how you can turn something rough 'round the edges into something magnificent. Let's have a nosy at some of these examples eh?

This is me....oowwwwwww.

I'll introduce you to myself. This. Is me :) Simple example of how I love make up. A tad of eye liner transformed me into a putty cat. Along with a fake tail, fluffy ears, y'know.

Let's start simple, au naturale (or whatever it's called..)

No idea whom this lady is. I just plucked her from Google images. Anyway, this is a simple, yet effective use of make up. Luckily for this lady, she is a natural beauty. With the light use of make up, her eyebrows have been filled in, but not too much, to create a shape. Her freckles have blended in lovely with her choice of foundation and her lips are fuller. All with the help of a little make up.

Night time play time. Part 1.

Again, simple but effective use of eyeliner and a mixture of white, silver & grey powder. This isn't too much and it doesn't scream out SL*G!! Wanting to pull ladies? (or men) This is a beautiful way to wear your eyes to a party, a club or special event.

Jeez, you could just stare into those eyes all day.. Ahem.. Maintained eyebrows, her eye liner is shaped perfectly to make her pretty eyes just jump out to ya :)

A sexy hair do, perfect eyebrows, very simple eye make up. That's it no? Of course not! The splash of red on them lucious lips of hers bring everything to life <3

Cyber/goth/scene whatever you wanna call it.

With the help of a little colour and glitter and obviously a few piercings here and there, you get a fantastic alternative look. This is where it starts to get fun :) You can show off your personality :D Of course, you need the sassy attitude to go with it ;)

OMGOMGOMGOMG! I love this so much. No idea how they do this, I'm guessing a lotta colour and a steady hand. I. Will. Learn this.

Ganguro

"The Shibuya and Ikebukuro districts of Tokyo were the centers of ganguro fashion and it was started by rebellious youth who contradicted the traditional Japanese concept of beauty; pale skin, dark hair and neutral makeup tones.
