You're a small portion of us who are not afraid of a funky smell. You personally don't understand why there's so much hate for Menudo, yet you don't complain...MORE FOR YOU!! You prefer the cold snowy days and dread the heat during summer. But you will never say no to Menudo once it's served, even during the hot days!

You can never go wrong with tacos. You're a very simple person who prefers not to take risks when it comes to food. To some extent, you like to be in control of each bite, knowing exactly how much salsa there is. The tacos are your canvas, and you are the artist, whether you go wild with the toppings to the point where the tortilla starts to fall apart, or you leave them as simple as they can be. Either way, tacos are your number one go-to.

You can't wait for the best time of the year... December. Tamales here, tamales there, tamales everywhere! So many flavors, so many options. Chicken, beef, red salsa, green salsa, de mole, and the best part about them is that they can even be made into desserts. Strawberry ones, pineapple ones, sweet corn, and many new inventions the Tias come up with. Yet overall, the best part is the hot gossip that is passed around the working table as you're making the tamales.

You're down for any wedding or Quinceañera. The chances that they serve Birria are always high. You like a good hefty plate and don't forget the tortillas. You can handle all the spices and always know if it gets too spicy you always have the rice and beans.
